Freight

• Our advertised price includes postage and GST within Australia.
• All Pattern Packs and Kit Packs are sent Australia Post unless alternative arrangements have been made.
• Overseas orders will need to have postage costs confirmed when placing an order.

Returns

• Every care has been taken to ensure the high quality of our products. If however you are dissatisfied in any way please contact us immediately.
• We will provide a refund if our products are faulty or do not match your order.
• Goods returned must be in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
